It's 3am can't sleep
Hi Julles , welcome to the forum, sorry you find yourself here but I hope you’ll find it a great place for support and shared experiences, as I have. I had IDC but hormone positive so a different type to you but as Cloudier has said, lots here have had triple negative. My ‘gym buddy’ at my exercise class (for cancer folk) had triple negative and had chemo before her op. She’s doing well 2 years down the line.
There’s a thread called ‘Awake’ in the General discussion section where there are often people posting in the night, if you find yourself unable to sleep again - such a common problem at your tortuous limbo stage, waiting for tests and results.
Sending love and a big virtual hug your way, HFxx
Thank you
They have stated I will be having chemo after tests
The diagnosis and tests phase is really hard to endure isn’t it, as you only have your imagination and some scant facts to build some sort of picture from.
Even though nobody wants a treatment pathway, once you have one, it does give you something to focus on, like an anchor point, which is welcome when everything is up in the air as it is for you at the moment.
hang on in there
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
