I'm a newbie ...just don't know what to say. Diagnosed with breast cancer December 2022 going through treatment. Don't know how to mentally cope.

If you ring the helpline they'll be able to set up free counselling from bupa if that's what you would like. They can also pair you up with someone who will support you through the rest of your journey.
