Hello All. I hope you are well today
I was diagnosed with Breast cancer just over 2 weeks ago. I take a magnesium supplement daily.
I am checking that it is ok to take a magnesium supplement 1) with Breast Cancer & 2) With Tamoxifen.
Any advise would be very much appreciated.

Agree check with your breast care nurses or your oncologist. They will know best
I take magnesium and zinc, collagen supplements etc. I am post surgery and radiotherapy. I take Tamoxifen, I have googled a few times things that clash with Tamoxifen, grapefruit, tumeric plus many others affect uptake of Tamoxifen. Not Magnesium or so I have read. The Oncologist said he was ok for me to take my supplements.
Good luck with your treatment and surgery, or whatever they suggest. It's like everything becomes suddenly hazardous, a very confusing time at the beginning. Hope that helps. X
I’m on letrozole and Abemaciclib, I take magnesium citrate or chelated magnesium. My onco has ok’d it xx
