Is it Safe - Evening Primrose Oil - Omega 3 Fish Oil

Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear that you were diagnosed with breast cancer.  While I can't say for certain that it's safe to keep taking Evening Primrose oil and Omega 3 fish oil I would imagine that's it's probably alright to check them.  I suggest that you contact your breast care nurse and ask them and they should know for certain.

As other said you should check with your team, my oncologist said I could take both these things as neither affects your estrogen levels but this was after my treatment had ended as I was struggling with menopause symptoms and of course you can’t take anything really x
