Hello. My lovely daughter was diagnosed yesterday. We are both feeling devastated and overwhelmed. I want to be there for her every step of the way but just don't know what to do. We all want to 'put things right' for our children when they have troubles, even when they are adults, but this time I can't.

Hi Cherry2, so sorry to hear this. As a parent we just want to protect our kids, no matter how old they are, and I can understand your feelings of helplessness. But, there will be many things you can help your daughter with as she figures out her treatment plan.
