Hi, I'm new here and new to the Cancer marathon of treatment. I've found it totally exhausting, but recognise how fortunate I've been for it to be picked up at mammogram stage.
I'm not much of a ' joiner'.
Any tips on the next stage - convalescence?
Hi Daisy2001
Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear that you were diagnosed with breast cancer.
One of the best tips I can give you is to be kind to yourself. Rest when you need to rest and try to get out in the fresh air as much as you can. If you need support don’t be afraid to ask for it particularly on this forum, there is plenty of support on here if you need it.
Wishing you the best of luck with your convalescence.
Best wishes
