I had needle biopsy nearly 3 weeks ago - awaiting results - I am still bruised & have hard areas despite massaging as instructed & using Arnica cream. Is this usual?
Yes that is usual. I had to wait 6 weeks before getting 2nd biopsies because of bruising. I used the arnica cream. You can get arnica tablets and use the cream. I stuck with the cream.
