Hi guys,
I was diagnosed with grade2 invasive ductal carcinoma in October 2022 (2 weeks before my 34th birthday).
I have recently finished 2 weeks of radiotherapy and been put on tamoxifen for 10 years.
my specialist has said I can come of the tamoxifen in 3 years to try for a baby. Me and my partner had been trying to conceive for 2 years and sadly it happened just before I was due to start radiotherapy so it was unviable.
they have not stated what the risks would be and I’m very unsure if it’s a good idea as I don’t want to risk the cancer coming back. Has anyone been through the break to conceive
thank you x
