Hi all...currently sitting in the hospital waiting for my mastectomy. Think I'm second on the list so fingers xd it will be before midday. I'm nervous but not too bad, tired and could murder a cappuccino and a croissant! Just want this over with

Good luck, you will be fine I promise, had mine 5 weeks ago now and am doing great, start the exercises as soon as you can, I gave it a week, they really do work. Unless you go home with a drain then you have to wait. You got this, i am always here after if you have any question about youf healing. Big hugs xxxx
