Hiya, I’m due to have my 4th month of acemciclib shortly, the 1st couple of weeks I did have bad diarrhoea but I kept a diary of what I’ve eaten and how many times I went ( not nice I know) this helped, then it gradually started to settle down, still get the odd day were I still have to rush to the loo but it’s so much better, apart from that I’ve been fine, I carry my loperamide in my bag in case needed, I was honestly dreading taking the 1st one but now just the norm, hope you get on ok, take care x
