Hi Annette try to stay strong take someone with you on Friday to make notes have a few questions you want to ask. It's not easy going to appointments but you will know what the next step will be. I've finished radiotherapy now and trying to be kind to myself. Best wishes x️
Hi Annette
I am just ahead of you. I also found a lump in my left breast at end of Jan which has been diagnosed as cancer and also got calcifications in right one. I’ve had mammograms and ultrasound and biopsy. I’m now waiting to have MRI scan next week.
You’ve had an awlful lot to deal with your family history however you haven’t had anything confirmed yet so I’m keeping my fingers and toes crossed for you. ️
The lovely people on here are so helpful and I am sure you will get lots of reassurance from them as well as making lots of friends.
If you want to add me as a friend I’m more than willing to keep you company if you find yourself in this journey
Take care x
Hi Hun. I'm slightly further than you. Routine mammogram found something a few weeks ago. Had biopsies done in breast and sentinel lymph node and getting results on Monday. It's very hard but try and keep positive, read as much information as possible so you know what they are talking about. Until you hear the results and your treatment plan not alot makes sense. We are all in the same boat on here just some a little further up the river in this terrible journey. Thinking of you and there is always someone here to mull over things that are worrying you. Good luck. Xx
