Fatigue

Hi,

I have finished all my treatment, lumpectomy, Chemotherapy, radiotherapy and now on Letrozole. I finished everything 1st December, I am just so tired all the time, aches and pains about the muscles and lower back, I don’t feel I could return to work at the moment. I seemed to be much better energy wise during my treatment than I do now following. I don’t sleep particularly well, wake all night at least every 2 hours and then go to the toilet before I can settle again. Wondering if others have felt the sam after breast cancer treatment? Xx

I'm feeling the same although I'm still waiting on a lumpectamy in 2 wks and radiotherapy I ache all over especially my legs and lower back I went to see my doctor yesterday and she said this is normal and it's all the toxins in your body it will take at least 6 months to feel a little better and be kind to yourself do a bit rest a bit drink plenty of fluids I'm so impatient I want to get back to my normal self too wishing you a speedy recovery hugs xx

Thank you for your reply, I think I just want everything to be back to how I felt before all this, being patient is so difficult isn’t it. I have been told 6 months after to until energy starts to lift. Nice to talk to others who understand. Hugs back to you. Xx
