Hey everyone,newcomer here,newly diagnosed with Invasive Lobulat Cancer in my left breast,awaiting a mastectomy,terrified too tbh.

Hi..I'm new myself, currently waiting for biopsy results after mammogram and ultrasound. Got mri tomorrow as mammogram not clear enough. I'm nervous about results as already seen Macmillan nurse. I'm not in your position but sending hugs x

Me too, but I'm preparing myself. I'm trying to think.positive, but have to be open minded. It's just the waiting is hell! Got my results appointment February 10th . How long did all your tests etc take? xx

Not long at all,I had my biopsy done on 22nd Dec & got the diagnosis on 9th Jan,heads still spinning tbh,they really don’t mess about when it comes to suspicion of cancer hun but there really isn’t time to mess about,hopefully your consultant has good news for u tho on 10th Feb,I have my mastectomy on 9th Xx

I bet it is spinning, mine would be. I found Larry and Lucy( Larry underarm Lucy left breast)Christmas Day! So couldn't get to Dr's til 27th Dec. She referred but a bit of a back log Finally saw specialist on 24th Jan, had everything done then. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to me! I just want my results so I can deal with it. Hope your op goes well xxx

I know what u mean hun,asked my friends what they got for Xmas & joked that I got cancer for mine,lol,I love ️ that you’ve named them,makes it less scary,I didn’t actually find mine,they did on my last annual mammogram,so I consider myself lucky that they found it early enough to be treated,still bricking it for Friday tho Xxx
