Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear that you had breast cancer.  While I'm not on Tamoxifen as my cancer was triple negative I noticed that you haven't had any replies yet so I thought I'd welcome you to our community and move you up to the top of the discussion.  Hopefully someone will be along shortly with an answer for you.

Hello! I'm on tamoxifen and it made me feel awful for about 5 months (night sweats, brain fog and nausea mainly). It seems to have settled now though, apart from minor joint pain.

I've been on Tamoxifen for almost 2 months now and can honestly say that I've had minimal side effects although I feel freezing cold all the time.  I definitely have brain fog and feel a bit anxious about life in general,  but if I'm honest,  I had these symptoms b4 my diagnosis so nothing has really changed for me.  Hope it settles soon for u x
