I was referred with concerns 2 years ago, start of lockdown and told all well despite nipple inversion. I wasn't happy but trusted the judgement. It has niggled ever since and I asked for another referral in November this year. Diagnosed with extensive breast cancer and lymph nodes. Had MRI and now this week a CT scan. Surgery has been cancelled as there is evidence of cancer spread in 3 more areas so I've now been referred to oncology for possible targeted treatment. I haven't yet got over the starting line for treatment, just more referrals. I know there is a process to go through but it's taking too long and the results just seem to get worse. I'm really struggling to stay positive and find my way through
