Hiya I have finally had my masectomy and reconstruction and lymph nodes all clear. How long will this recovery be? Will I need further treatment ? how do I know if there is no other cancer in my body I am just feeling anxious all the time , please advise x

Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear that you were diagnosed with breast cancer and need a masectomy. I can't answer your question as regards the recovery time but I noticed that you haven't had any replies yet so I thought I'd reply to you to move you to the top of the discussion. Hopefully someone will be along shortly with any answer for you.
As regards further treatment it depends on whether your oncologist thinks the you would benefit from further treatment, for example you might need further treatment to try and prevent the cancer from coming back. Unfortunately you can't know for definite that there is no other cancer in your body you have to trust what your doctors tell you.
Try to keep yourself busy to try and keep the anxiety at bay. Maybe try some mediation. There are number of free mediation apps that you can try, for example Calm Radio or Breathe.
