I am having radiotherapy at the moment and then a bone scan then I'm being put on leprosole tablets.is it right that I'm feeling awfully sick and terrible headaches and no energy ?

Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear that you were diagnosed with breast cancer. If I were you I’d contact your radiotherapy nurse and explain you systems to them. While tiredness is to expected that other symptoms not so much though I’m not an expert.

Hi Lalla sorry you're feeling rough with your radiotherapy. Tiredness is quite a normal side effect, but as Daisy suggests, you might want to mention it to the team. I think the tablets you mean are Letrozole. I am in these and they are quite usual for post menopausal women who have ER positive cancer as the tablets limit the estogen as ER+ cancers feed in estrogen. But they can also weaken the bones, so that's why you get a scan before you start, as a baseline so they can monitor future changes. I've had no significant side effects from the letrozole, I’ve been in them over a year now. Best wishes
