Results on Friday following lymph node clearance and lumpectomy. The blood test at pre op said I had problems with liver function test.

I realise it's not easy to answer. It's just puzzling, I think they need to retest it. It's all a bit if a jigsaw puzzle working out how to treat and get the problem of BC to retreat. 4 days now to results. The MacMillan Nurse couldn't help she said go to the Gp. I'm not going to do that, takes too long. X

I was just doing a search on the forum for liver function issues during treatment came across your post, how did your treatment plan move forward, has your liver improved? 

I had a lumpectomy with mammoplasty surgery in Feb and started chemo in May I have just had my bloods done for my second session and my liver function is low so they are adjusting my dosage accordingly. 

I am wondering how this will impact my treatment and prognosis so any shared experience would be useful to know.

My liver is ok, the result was borderline but no one was worried. If I'd had chemo it might have been different. So many things to worry about. Hope it goes well for you. They know what they are doing. 

Hope is all is sometime and gratitude. I felt lucky to have all this treatment. Xxx
