I had my lumpectomy and all nodes removed 3 weeks ago. My arm movement In the upward exercise is limited. The top of my arm feels like a vice like grip forms. Did anyone else get this? I get my results in 6th Jan. I have heard the arm has to go up for radiotherapy otherwise I wouldn't be working so hard to free it up. Any advice welcome. Xx
