I’m having a knee replacement and my breast surgeon tells me to stop taking tamoxifen 2 weeks before and two weeks after operation due to increased risk of blood clots. However my oncologist said to keep taking it and now the anesthetist said keep taking however I don’t know what to do. Has anyone else had this dilemma with tamoxifen? I don’t want a blood clot or my cancer returning
