HI.

I don't know how to help myself.  I've had breast cancer surgery and I'm now waiting to start chemo (that was a surprise because it wasn't mentioned when I agreed tomsurgery).  I feel at a low ebb.  I can't get stuck into anything , my mind empties itself. I have a parcel here to post and 80 yards to the PO but I can't seem to focus on anything.  I'm sure it's entirely normal to feel like this; I just wish there was a magic solution.

  • Hi Daisy2001

Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear that you were diagnosed with breast cancer and that you have to have chemo.  It's completely normal to feel at a low ebb while waiting to start chemo, but hopefully once you start things should start to feel better for you once you start your treatment.  There is a chemo forum you can join to get help and advice about your treatment.  The following is the link: :Chemotherapy forum.

Wishing you the best of luck with your treatment when it starts.

    Best wishes
