I’ve elected to have a lumpectomy as my cancer is 17mm from the MRI, will this leave me lobbsided? Thinking I’ve made the wrong choice ♀️
Morning,
I’ve just had mine a few weeks ago, I’m yet to see it all healed but at the moment you would not know while I’m dressed.
Without a Bra my bad boob has a flat bit and minor dent but I have had a compression dressing on. I’m not about to get the girls out in public so think I got off lightly in the big scheme of things.
hope you are ok xxx
Thanks for responding, I had my worst day yesterday. Slept badly and felt very sorry for myself. I cried for the first time. My HR manager called me on Teams, to let me unload to her. Perfect.
Onwards and upwards xx
Hi there, I work in HR so it's good to hear you have a supportive HR Manager at work. I had a lumpectomy last year, like the others, when I'm wearing a bra you'd not know the difference. Sorry to hear you've been feeling a bit down, I certainly had days like that, but they passed quite quickly when I found ways to distract myself. Best wishes
