Hi all,
Im 29 and was diagnosed with BC in April and had my double mastectomy in June. I initially felt way better than I had anticipated (don’t get me wrong, I didn’t feel fabulous haha). But it’s been nearly 4 months now and my fatigue is another level. I’m also pretty anxious and depressed (I’m not going to counselling and have medication to help).
I thought about going back to work after half-term (I’m a teacher), but occupational health said to take more time off.
is this normal? How long do people usually take to recover?
some days I feel amazing, others I can’t get out of bed.
