Hi, I have recently been diagnosed with breast cancer and I underwent a lumpectomy three weeks ago. I am finding at the end of the day that my breast feels hard and sensitive. Is this normal?

Everyone has different experiences after surgery but you should always contact your BCN with any concerns as they best place to advice you of what is normal trauma reaction and what could possibly be an infection. Plus she knows exact what surgery you've had. My surgeon told me at first year check up that ongoing stabbing pains normal as nerves been cut and healing xx
