So... on my first holiday abroad since skin saving single mastectomy. Very self conscious due to being extremely lopsided but haven't looked at myself in a bikini so I don't know how strange I look! 
anyway, my husband , who had a triple heart bypass 3 years ago and has a 6 inch scar which is covered by a very hairy chest has just turned to me and said ' I bet your scars aren't as bad as this, its horrible isn't it' I just turned to him and said I'll swap you!!! Trying hard to not spoil tthe holiday but I'm a little annoyed
He hasn't seen mine, I haven't been brave enough to show him! Thank you for making it sound better though 
perhaps I'm being over sensitive again x
