I hope you are ok and welcome to the thread. I have terrible insomnia at the minute so I’m always awake. Not ideal but I do get to rest when the baby sleeps during the day. I’m scared too. It’s a terrible feeling. The forum is definitely a lot more active during the day- you’ll get to chat to a lot more people in the morning.
I can’t seem to message you. I’m unsure why. Hopefully you get over to sleep soon. It’s so hard when there’s so many thoughts running through your head- the mind can be our own worst enemy at times. I’m having my surgery on Wednesday so finding it so difficult to sleep. Hopefully I’ll sleep a lot better when the surgery is done.
