Hi Mophy
Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear that you have been diagnosed with high grade positive raptors docs. Do you know the date for your operation? I suggest that you ring your BCN and tell them that you don't want reconstruction after all it's your body and it's up to you what you want to do with it.
Here's the link to get further support if you need it from Macmillan: https://www.macmillan.org.uk/cancer-information-and-support/get-help.
Wishing you the best of luck with your operation and whatever further treatment you are given.
Best wishes

Hj there, sk sorry you're going through all this, I had breast cancer 2 years ago and had a left side mastectomy, 18 months later I had the other one removed by choice, I had a lovely surgeon who really listened to what I wanted, I just wanted to be flat and it was the best decision for me, I've embraced my new body and have never regretted my decision, speak to your breast care nurses I find them so helpful, good luck with everything xx
