Hi All
I was diagnosed with multifocal invasive ductal carcinoma in right breast in October 2020. I had a bilateral mastectomy with right level 3 ANC in December 2020. My choice to have left breast removed. I have also had chemotherapy 4x EC and 4x paclitaxol plus radiotherapy which finished in September which also gave me lymphedema in right arm, followed by a heart attack in November and Covid in December 2021. This year started with Covid again followed by celulitis in my scar tissue. Had my first Zoldronic acid in March this year and about to have my 2nd dose end of August. I was beginning to think I was a bad person in a previous life. But after all of that I am still smiling and being positive. My wicked sense of humour never fails me.

! I'm just starting on the journey, glad a good sense of humour and a good dose of positivity helps get you through. Hope your next year is a bit less eventful, but just as positive!
Hi Arturoartura thank you for your reply. I can honestly say that my whole outlook on life has changed. Nothing is going to stop me from doing what I want to do anymore. Life is for living so onwards and upwards.

Thank you for your reply irishgirl16. I have read your blog posts and so glad you are on the other side of treatment and your hair is growing back. Mine felt like babies hair when it started growing back. Although it started to look like I was going to have grey hair when it first came through. But luckily it was just the sides so not a silver fox just yet
