Hi, after being diagnosed with DCIS 3 months ago and three lots of surgery the decision has now been made that I need a mastectomy.and sentinel node biopsy at the same time. Due to hernia the reconstruction I wanted is not an option so have opted for implant reconstruction. What are the pros and cons of this
