… I was referred in October but misdiagnosed and told all was well …. Then got a diagnosis of lobular cancer in April, which just kept getting worse with every scan, mastectomy and full ancillary clearance in May, was expecting radiotherapy but the tumour was 20cm and 20 lymph nodes were affected so I went straight onto accelerated chemo. Just had my fourth round of EC which has been fortnightly and feel like I’m only just starting to have space to think and engage with people. I’m looking at all you’ve shared already and seeing how this will be a really useful forum and I hope I can contribute too, though I don’t know that much…
You don’t have to know much - just keep on going through the treatment.
there are a lot of people on this forum who can help and support you !
Best wishes. Xx
Hi LabradorLover
Welcome,to,the forum and sorry to hear that you have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Of course you can contribute even if you don’t know much even just a simple message saying that you are thinking of them and wishing them luck as they go through treatment means a lot to the people starting out on their treatment journey.
Wishing you the best of luck with the rest of your journey.
Best wishes
