Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear that you have been diagnosed with breast cancer and are having surgery on Friday.  Are you having a lumpectomy or mastectomy?

Bring something with you to keep yourself occupied as you may have a bit of a wait before going down to surgery.  Also wear something that is easy to put on like a shirt with buttons down the front.

hope all goes well. 
I had my lumpectomy I’m May. Just finished 5 days of radium. On tamoxifen for 10 years done 2 months lol 

operation went really well. But I have a slight lump underarm I’m getting checked think it may be scar tissue. Otherwise all went very well 

 Your back home before you know it x 

Glad to hear all went well - the way time flies 10 years will pass in no time!! Any side affects from tamoxifen?

No not really. Probably feel eyes deterioration but could be age x
