Hi I've recently Been diagnosed with breast cancer then had a CT scan to then be told its spread to my lung, my head is all over the place I feel like I have nobody to talk to about this I feel so alone.
Hi Snail, you’ve come to a kind and good place. You are not alone here. You are in shock right now, and so your head place is normal and to be expected. Have you joined a group for secondary breast cancer? You might find that useful too. Big hug x
Hi Snail, I’m so sorry for what you are going through. It must feel very scary and lonely. Please try to reach out to friends, they will want to support you I'm sure. Do you have family that you can talk to? Don’t keep you fears to yourself. it is important to talk. It helped me in my situation. It is ok too to cry and feel anxious about the future. I wish you the best and hope you will find the strength to get through this. xx
