Good to meet you Julie58. I hope you find out what treatment you need in the near future. Hang in there and come and talk to us whenever you need. 

I've had a biopsy, one operation with a biopsy and two weeks ago I had another operation two weeks ago. My consultant confirmed I am cancer free yesterday but I will be having radiotherapy in a few weeks. it will be at a different cancer centre because we are moving further north.

from what I believe dcis is a better outcome. I had two small tumors both grade 1. Just finished radium. So diagnosed in Late March and was signed off last week by oncologist. Although I do have a follow up call with her in 2 weeks to see how I am with the radium. Then it’s annual mammograms 

seems so strange that 3 months ago my head was in total shatters and now I’m over the hill and into hormone treatment for10 years

Yes I had to have them widened.
