Hi. Is there any one who can please help me. I was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer in April 21. I had lumpectomy. Radiotherapy and Hormone therapy for 5 years. I am taking Letrozol as I am going through the menopause but I really struggling with sleepless nights, hot flushes are horrendous day and night, brain fog. Gaining weight also my Anxiety is through the roof mentally I am struggling with the diagnosis more this year also body changes. Can anyone please help

I've been struggling with similar. Hi. Thank you for your reply. I feel for you nobody understands how hard it is. I am on medication max dose for Anxiety , I will have a look for the cold mats.

Hello Glossy, I'm struggling with hot flushes too, can't have hrt as I'm er and pr positive . I've bought myself a fan from amazon 12 inch £18 I love it, I also take a cold waterbottle to bed with me, j will be ringing the dr in the morning to see if I can get something, my gynaecologist said I could get a heart tablet or low dose depression medication to help with symptoms..its not easy at all.. Good luck, ill let yous know if I get anything from Drs..xx
