Hello,
I have been diagnosed with oestrogen positive breast cancer. I will start chemotherapy after I have had all the staging scans. I feel nervous about the chemo and the results of the tests. I’m trying to distract myself but I am scared
Hi, it's absolutely normal to be scared, I was terrified to begin with, but I certainly found once I had a clear treatment plan, things were easier. Good luck
Hi kiele,
Sorry to hear about your diagnosis but welcome to the group. The waiting is horrendous and it is perfectly normal to be scared. I hope you have people around that you can talk to and I hope you have firm dates and a treatment plan soon
Hi there
I have oestrogen postive breast cancer too
I have just had my first chemo last week
I get how you feel , you Probally feel in limbo now and the not knowing dates/ plans will make you feel nervous.
once you have a set treatment plan with dates and you know what’s gonna happen it should help you feel more in control
good luck
have you got anyone to talk to ?
sometimes just sharing how you feel helps .
