am so sorry to hear you have cancer too. There’s lots of help and support here.
I have stage 3 cancer oestrogen positive and had a mastectomy. I found the surgery was fine and in the end I was just so relieved that my cancer was removed. Chemo also wasn’t as hard as I’d imagined, though it had its ups and downs.
thinking of you as you prepare for and have your surgery. Xxx

Hi Scared Bunny
Please stop googling, it will do nothing but increase the stress. A lot of information is outdated, and you will only pick up on the worst case scenario as you are anxious.
Yes this is scary but research and treatment is available to treat this, right here right now please concentrate on the information you have been given for you. Your team will do everything in your best interest to get you through this one step at a time. We are all in this journey but there are options.
Non of us want to be here and each step of the journey will be scary but totally doable if you keep positive.
This is a great support group and I am glad you have found it, keep logging in here and asking questions as they pop up. You can and WILL do this xxxx
Thank you so much this seriously helps and I know googling is not a good idea but it’s really hard not to
your words ‘ you can and you will do this ‘ are repeating in my head and much needed
Keep that in mind and little by little you will gain the strength you never knew you had.
I’m quite early in my journey, have ups and downs but have decided to turn this into a positive, I can’t change my diagnosis but can change how I look at each day, some are hard, some are easy. I’m proud of handling the hard and enjoy the easy.
Where are you with diagnosis, treatment etc?
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
