Thank you all for your responses; I really appreciate your words of encouragement , especially as you’ve already been down this path. My emotions are all over the place- one minute I’m presenting to others as very positive, as this has been discovered by chance, and the next ( usually when I’m alone), I’m in floods of tears and in the depths of despair. As you say, when I’ve got a treatment plan, maybe I’ll feel more settled, and one day maybe I’ll grow into a brave warrior like all of you amazing ladies!
Oh you are a brave warrior, you just don’t see it yet!
Even reaching out on here is a step forward!

No one is brave, we've no choice but to somehow accept the diagnosis and treatment etc and keep moving forward. You too will keep on going but it's ok to cry, it's ok to grieve your pre cancer life. Letting out your emotions is cathartic. You too are amazing you just need to be kinder to yourself xxx
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
