Are you able to make contact with your nurse? While she may not have immediate answers, she should be able to pass the information to your oncologist and get back to you with information and advice. Your oncologist would want to know anyway as this is part of the full medical picture, even if it has nothing to do with the zoledronic acid, let alone if it does.

Thank you I got a phone appointment next week with my doctor I have so many aches and pains don’t know if this is normal don’t like to bother the doctors but I’m feeling down with it now and people in work think I’m making it up to get out of doing my work cleaning

I can think of four different doctors right now who would be very frustrated hearing someone say that. All of them have said to me versions of, "I'd rather a patient came to me and it was nothing, than didn't come, and it was something." The majority of them absolutely don't mind being bothered, on the contrary, it tells them that the patient is giving them all the data.

Two additional points are that if something does need to be done, it should, so you don't suffer as much as you are at the moment, and there is also the aspect of peace of mind, of knowing either way.

Some aches and pains can be helped a little by use of certain shaped pillows and other such things. People here on the forum may have ideas, and perhaps your nurse could suggest something? I hate the idea of you being in so much pain over the weekend and until you speak to the doctor.
