Hello all. I was diagnosed at the end of August 2021 with early stage but aggressive Triple Negative Breast Cancer. I completed 6 months of chemo at the end of March and will be having surgery on 20th April. I have the BRCA1 gene and opted for a double mastectomy with implant breast reconstruction straight away. I am now in the head space of getting ready for surgery next week and just wondering if anyone has any hints or tips to help with recovery and this journey. Thanks.
