Good luck Clarky. I have just been diagnosed with breast cancer and opting for double mastectomy with immediate breast construction.  Can anyone advise about keeping the nipples?  I am reading conflicting advise. I am a BRACA 2 carrier and so have been having annual mammograms. My operation is in 3 weeks

My aunt had a double mastectomy about 14 year ago and she is now 69 and they look fab. 
nit sure about nipples. But i do believe you can get them  x
