I’m 6 chemos in and feeling a bit rubbish today. Not wanting to talk to anyone, thought I’d check out this place for the first time.
Well, the benefit of this place is that you are not obliged to talk; a lot of people only read the forum and never post a word. But, if you are in the mood, then I'd be interested in what type of cancer you have, and then in anything you feel like sharing about what's going on.
Hi, sorry to hear you’ve been having a down day. Hope you’re feeling a bit better now. I am a year since diagnosis now and doing well and have found this site really helpful as I went through treatment. Best wishes
Hi Jo, I hope you continue to feel ok. I had my first chemo session last Thursday - E C. I felt a little nauseous the first couple of days, but the tablets kept that under control. Had a little nap during the day, and very little appetite. Day 4 I felt normal, looked forward to my meals and did a little admin work. I have been lucky and have continued to walk my dog twice a day for 25 mins each walk. Good luck. Sandra x
