Hello, new to this. Diagnosed Nov 21 following routine screen grade 2 IDC ER+ HER2+. Lumpectomy, axillary clearance Jan. Recently finished 1st EC chemo with cold cap. To have Herceptin and radio. All happened a bit fast and furious! Not really a diary person ….but finding keeping a chemo one quite helpful, particularly with trying to manage fatigue. Normally active walk, swim. Getting out each day….even if it’s just round the garden. Have been quite lucky (so far) re side effects…but prospect of getting through next 5 cycles seems a bit daunting! Looking for any advice, insights from anyone going/ been through similar. Many thanks everyone.
Hi, great that you’ve joined this group, it's a huge support and lots of advice on many things. Good to hear you're doing well so far regarding the wide effects, hope this continues for you. And I agree, getting out is very important.
I blogged throughout so that might help as I am a year lost diagnosis now and doing well. Good luck
