  • Hi Pauline hope you’re doing ok after surgery.  I have TNBC too.  Had lumpectomy and now having chemo which hasn’t been too bad at all for me.  How are you feeling after surgery?

Morning, I too have triple negative. I am having chemo first to try and shrink my lump. I’m on cycle 4 of 6 (just over half way)

How was the lumpectomy? I’ve got that to come Pray

    Good luck to you x

  • Hi did you find a anyone if so please can you share the details? Also looking

  • Hope by now your on the other side of treatment. I’m just waiting for my to start.

  • Macmillan often offer local cooking courses and have a nutrition lead for each centre. I am guessing Maggies would be the same. I booked our local cooking course which was brilliant.  There’s alsoPenny Brohn charity.
The advice I wish I had been given at the outset was eat protein at every meal, if you can. Little and often is usually easier than 3 normal meals. But be flexible as chemo can really change your tastes temporarily. I thought I’d love ginger but hated it. I drank lots of water and quite a few herbal teas too. I hope you find a good nutritionist.
