Just had lumpectomy and awaiting results and treatment
Hi did you find a anyone if so please can you share the details? Also looking
Macmillan often offer local cooking courses and have a nutrition lead for each centre. I am guessing Maggies would be the same. I booked our local cooking course which was brilliant. There’s alsoPenny Brohn charity.
The advice I wish I had been given at the outset was eat protein at every meal, if you can. Little and often is usually easier than 3 normal meals. But be flexible as chemo can really change your tastes temporarily. I thought I’d love ginger but hated it. I drank lots of water and quite a few herbal teas too. I hope you find a good nutritionist.
