GANDER no question is silly on here except perhaps the one not asked lol like you I worried about needing wee . I was on EC so nurse was sat with me and time passed quite quickly so it was only the odd occasion I needed loo when saline flushing so took drip with me .

Nearly three years of visits and needles for me now hope last infusion is June YAY !

Top tip - wear leggings not jeans. Managing a drip and a zip with a cannula in the back of your hand is mission impossible 

Great, thanks for tip! Starting on 15th March. Dreading it. Just had confirmation letter. Had lunch and promptly threw up!! 

Hi Gander I had my first EC chemo this week. Like you I am always needing the loo and you will manage ok. It's not pleasant but you feel a little better a few days later.

Thank you, few days grace until I start on 15th March. Still not grasping why I am having FECT.
