Hi my name is Gilly I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer last September I was lucky it was non invasive and only in the milk duct I had two operations breast conserving then radiotherapy they said they got clear margins after the 2nd op so I was Cancer free so why I am so anxious to the state of panic attacks on having my oncology appointment next month am I being silly???
Hi Gilly
Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear that you were diagnosed with breast cancer. It's good that you got clear margins after your second operation. No you certainly aren't being silly, it's perfectly understandable to be anxious before an oncology appointment even if it's not your first.
Try to take your mind off it by doing something you love doing.
Best of luck with your appointment next month.
Best wishes
