Hi all.. I have just been diagnosed with satge 2 grade 3 bc. I have had a month to try and absorb and it sometimes hits me and other times not.. I haven't been sleeping much.. The deep sleep has almost switched off and I'm napping all through the night.. And I find making plans for both eventualities.. Also going though a separation so looking for new accommodation and I have 3 kiddies to look after! Not the Xmas or new year I though I'd be having.. I have further biopsys in the 4th and then consultants on 13th Jan.. See how it all goes from there!
Hello and welcome. You've got such a lot going on In not surprised you can't sleep properly. It's such a lot to take in and process.
I was diagnosed at the beginning of December. I've got stage 3 bc in 2 lumps in my left breast and 1 in my lymph node. Currently waiting for my next consultant appt following my MRI to decide what surgery I'm having.
Have you got plenty of support? I've told my children's schools so they can put support in place for them when we finally tell them.
How old are your children?
