I’m currently recovering from a mastectomy and reconstruction having completed six rounds of chemo in the summer.
I’ve just been told I need to have either Herceptin or Kadcyla. Anyone been in this situation?

Isn’t herceptin needed for her2 positive breast cancers??
that’s why I’m taking it pre surgery with chemotherapy as part of the combination ( neoadjuvant)
I’ve heard her2 negative can change to her2 positive and vice versa ?
but… I’m not a doctor , so check with your oncologist
