Results appointment

Yes usual they do try not to worry if it's cancer they will quickly draw up a plan of action for you . And it may not be anything to worry about .The  waiting is the worst bit good luck X 

Try not to worry until you get the facts. I had wished someone told me this. I know it's easier said than done. Try to keep some normality or catch up with family or friends or keep busy till next week. The waiting is really horrid as your mind does play so many tricks and takes you to the worse places!! Don't let it!

Yes. Depends on the place where you go. Sometimes they arrange for a Nurse to tell you results on the phone. They would have told you what will happen. You would hear even if the result was a good result. A face to face appt is better than a phone call though. Hard not to think about it all the time, but try to switch off and do some nice things to take your mind off it, as the others have said. 

Hi, I’m exactly the same. Had a biopsy on Wednesday and now waiting to go back to clinic this coming Wednesday for results.

The wait is terrible - it’s so hard to distract myself.
