Hello. There is a separate travel insurance thread with some good recommendations:

Hi. We have had to renew ours this year and have used a company called Stay Sure. As the cancer is new and still under going treatment they were unable to cover it.
My husband is 74, with his own health problems and I'm 63 diabetic other underlying health issues.
We phoned them up and a very pleasant lady, yes real human, talked us through what we needed including covid cover, and gave us a quote which was not much difference than what we had paid the year before.
Hope you find this helpful.
