Hi ladies looking for some information about radiotherapy and how it can affect you xxx
Hello. Have a read here on the radiotherapy thread
It does affect everyone differently. Depends on how many sessions you are having, where abouts, on body travelling to hospital - this can all affect tiredness levels. Main reaction seems to be heavy boob and sunburn but again this depends on how fair or dark your skin is. Maybe easier to ask questions and we can answer. Good luck x
Hi
This has some information for you to start with
Hi - I am a newcomer to the group. I had radiotherapy mid July following breast surgery - all was well until a couple of weeks ago when I have been suffering a lot of pain, and my breast has shrunk, distorted and gets really sore where hard lumps have formed. I'm told it is very unlucky but I have induration, and things will only get worse for the first nine month to a year! How normal is this and can anything be done to soften the tissue again? Thank you.
